Installing PICT Up on the Printing PC

  • PICT Up must be installed by a user with Administrator rights.

 

Download and install the PICT Up installer from within PICT.

If the User Account Control dialog appears before the installer launches, click [Yes] to display the installation window.

Installation Procedure

  • If Microsoft .NET Framework has not been installed, the .NET Framework installer will launch. Install .NET Framework first before proceeding.
  1. Click [Download Client App] from the submenu within PICT, then download the PICT Up installer.
  1. Extract the ZIP file downloaded.
  1. Double-click "setup.exe" within the "PICT Up" folder.
  • The [Setup language selection] dialog appears.
  1. Select the display language to be used after installation, then click [OK].

  1. Click [Next].

  1. Select [I accept the terms in the license agreement], then click [Next].

  1. Click [Install].

  • Installation starts.
  1. Once installation has completed, click [Finish].

  • Once PICT Up has been installed, none of the installation destination folders or file names must be renamed or deleted.
    Doing so may prevent PICT Up from functioning correctly.
