If you lost the serial key
If you realize the serial key was lost after you deactivate the license
In this case, the PC still has the serial key information if the [Delete the serial key information.] check box in the [Deactivation] screen was cleared when the license was deactivated. The check box is cleared by default.
In the serial-key-entry screen, check that the serial key you entered previously is displayed.
