When the Simple CreatePC has no Internet access
If the Simple CreatePC has no Internet access, you can use a substitution, just like the substitute activation, to deactivate the license.
- Create a deactivation file
- Create a deactivation file on the Simple CreatePC.
Operation on the Simple CreatePC
- Deactivate the license.
- If you have a PC with Internet access, copy the deactivation file to the PC and deactivate the license.
Steps on the substitute PC
- If you do not have an environment with Internet access, you can send the deactivation file to us or a distributor for the purpose of license deactivation.
