PrintGroup - Operations

Grouping jobs

  1. Select multiple jobs.

  1. Click [PrintGroup] (Print group icon) in the [Function] menu or from the Function icon.
  1. Click [Grouping].

  • The multiple jobs selected in Step 1 are grouped.
  • Lines are displayed for [PrintGroup] on the [Job List] tab.

Ungrouping

  1. Select the jobs to be ungrouped on the [Job List] screen.
  • To ungroup all jobs, select all the jobs.

  1. Click [PrintGroup] (Print group icon) in the [Function] menu or from the Function icon.
  1. Click [Release].

  • The selected jobs will be ungrouped.

Editing grouping

  1. Select the grouped jobs in the [Job List] screen.

  1. Click [Layout].
Print group_Click Layout
  • The Layout screen appears.
  1. Set the image settings and grouping conditions.

  • Manually set a negative value for the margin in the width direction to prevent the print area and cut area from overlapping.
