If you cannot use the software because an error message appears when running [Program Update] or [Profile Update] after the PC was sent for repair
RasterLink6Plus collects information from specific devices on the PC when the license is activated. Any of the devices may be replaced when the PC was repaired. If this happens, you need to activate the license again. Follow the steps below to activate the license:
- On the web, perform the license de-activation process to disable the license.
How to deactivate the license if the PC fails
- On the RasterLinkPC where the error occurred, start RasterLink6Plus.
- The license is activated again.
