To increase an opacity of media, gray color adhesive is applied.
I would like to know the details of removal adhesive used for REG-137
Special acrylic adhesive agent is used for REG-137. The agent reduces an emission of gas from resin boards and allows to remove the media from an acrylic board within 6 months without residue.
Slow bonding adhesive is used for some of media. Such adhesive increases its adhesive strength with time. Is the adhesive strength getting stronger and stronger as time advances? Is there adhesive residue on the board after media removal?
The tackiness of adhesion is low at the time of installation and adhesive strength is increased in 24 hours.
This adhesive is not removable. Accordingly, adhesive residues may be found depending on materials.
What is the difference between slow glue and matric adhesive.
[ Slow glue: Adhesive strength increases with time ]
The tackiness of adhesion is low in order to improve work efficiency. Degree of adhesive strength changes to strong in 24 hours.
[ Strong matrix adhesive ]
The special adhesive treatment achieves air bubble-free media installation.
Application method: Dry only (Wet method is not allowed)
I would like to know the best transfer consitions for Heat transfer rubber sheet D61/SPC-0581-61
Recommended transfer conditions
Preliminary transfer printing: Temperature: 130 - 140 °C / 266 - 284 °F for 5 seconds Pressure: 150 - 250g/cm
Final transfer printing: Temperature: 130 - 140 °C / 266 - 284 °F for 10 seconds Pressure: 150 - 250g/cm
* Above data was obtained by evaluations with 100% cotton T-shirt under the appropriate environment .
Please test on the actual fabric used for production beforehand.
What is 'Banding'?
Undesirable visible lines on prints.
What is cockling?
Waves or wrinkles on the media. The cockling occurs under certain conditions that are generated by the combination of ink volume, static electricity and heater temperature, and leads a head-strike.
What is silvering?
Grayish appearance on the laminated print surface owing to micro air bubbles that are generated by insufficient bonding or between a print and laminating film.
How to store the media?
Protect the media with a package and store it at low temperature and humidity environment.
Does media have a shelf life?
Yes. The shelf life varies on each media product. Please use the media as soon as possible after purchasing.
