When the RasterLinkPC has no Internet access
If the RasterLinkPC has no Internet access, follow the steps below to activate the license:
- Create an activation file.
- Use RasterLink7 to create an activation file.
Creating the activation file
- Copy the activation file.
- If you have a PC with Internet access, copy the activation file to the PC and activate the license.
Steps on the substitute PC
- If you do not have an environment with Internet access, you can send the activation file to us or a distributor for the purpose of license activation.
When you activate the license, a license key file is created or sent. Copy the file to any location in the RasterLinkPC.
- Load the activation file.
- On the RasterLinkPC, load the license key file and register the license key in RasterLink7.
