Importing Print Data
Print data can be imported using any one of the following four methods:
- Importing from the [File] menu
- Importing from the Hot Folder
- Sending from the Printer Driver
- Dragging and Dropping to the Job List
A job will be created from the imported print data.
- There is a limit set for the total number of jobs that can be managed for all of the printers registered in RasterLink7. The default setting is 200 jobs, and this can be changed to a maximum of 1,000 jobs. For more information, refer to Maximum Number of Jobs That Can be Registered.
- If PICT is registered, the file name imported into RasterLink7 can be displayed on the printer dashboard screen.
However, if the file name including the extension exceeds 255 bytes, the excess characters will not be displayed.
