• The following two filters are placed on the carriage.

• LED UV unit filter (SPC-0657) ... Protects the UV lamp unit from dust or dirt.

• Mist adsorption filter (SPC-0656) ... Adsorbs ink mist during printing to prevent
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　 the nozzle surface (ink discharging surface)
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　 from getting dirty with ink.

If the filters get dirty, the warning message "! CHECK FILTER" appears to prompt
the filter replacement. Please replace the filters.
The filters need to be replaced roughly once a week.

[Replacement procedure]

Execute > [MAINTENANCE] -> [STATION] -> [MENT: CHECK FILTER] and
replace the filters.
