PT. MIMAKI INDONESIA, which is one of Mimaki’s consolidated subsidiary (President: Junichi Yoroisaka), has established 6 branch offices in Indonesia. These branch offices will start operating from April 2013.
The details are as follows:
1.The backgrounds of the establishment of branch offices
Mimaki Engineering Co., Ltd. established a sales subsidiary “PT. MIMAKI INDONESIA” in Jakarta, the capital city of Indonesia. It started operating from April 2012. From its start, PT. MIMAKI INDONESIA has been actively distributing its information by exhibiting Mimaki products at trade shows, holding private shows in lots of local cities, and holding seminars at the showroom of the headquarters in Jakarta. At the same time, it has been aiming at increase of sales by providing direct service to the local customers.
While the economy of developed countries is depressed, the annual growth of Indonesian economy is estimated to be 6% or higher. Especially, high economic growth is expected in the local cities other than the capital city, Jakarta. Considering such circumstances, developing potential demand in local cities and providing rapid service have become our urgent mission to expand our business foundation. Therefore, we have established 6 sales branch offices in the main local cities in Indonesia so as to build a specialized and fine-tuned sales and service network and to obtain business expansion in Indonesia.
