Mimaki Appoints Kazuaki Ikeda as Its New President
Mr. Ikeda to lead the Company, succeeding Hisayuki Kobayashi.
At the Board of Directors meeting held on February 17, 2016, Mimaki decided to reshuffle its representative directors, as indicated below.
1.Reason for the change
The reshuffle is intended to establish a management structure that can adapt more flexibly and swiftly, heading for new stages of growth, by putting in place a young top executive with expert knowledge of product markets and global competition.
