TxF300-75 | Product information

Mimaki Engineering Co., Ltd. (Head office: Tomi-shi, Nagano Pref.; President: Kazuaki Ikeda), specializing in industrial inkjet printers, cutting plotters and 3D printers, will start selling its direct-to-film printer "TxF300-75" outside Japan since August 2023, that increased its wear print productivity to approx. 300% (compared to Mimaki’s existing model) targeting the textile and apparel printing applications.
After the launching of our first DTF printer "TxF150-75" in April 2023, sales of the product were generally well received. On the other hands, we have received many requests from the market to increase productivity, and based on our company philosophy of "promptly providing products that satisfy our customers," we now announce and start selling this product "TxF300-75"
The "TxF300-75" is equipped with the same functions as our existing model the "TxF150-75", for safe and stable operation, while contributing to increased productivity.
Equipped functions for safe and stable operation are follows.
- Equipped the ink recirculation function MCTv2*1 to prevent white ink instability
- Adopted a degassed ink using aluminum pack as the printer’s ink packaging
- Equipped Mimaki’s technology NCU*2 and NRS*3, supports end-user’s production without interruption
- The genuine ink obtains ECO-PASSPORT certification, that is required to obtain OEKO-TEX® certified it reduces environmental impact and is also friendly to the customer's work environment.

*2 Nozzle Check Unit: Missing nozzle detection function
*3 Nozzle Recovery System: A function to substitute missing nozzles with other nozzles.
"TxF300-75" will be launching August 2023 and will be selling for wear print application such as T-shirts production. Note that we provide a printer, inks and RIP software as our products. Our recommended specifications for the DTF film, hot-melt powder, powder application equipment, post-processing machines and heat press transfer machines in figure. 1 are provided to customers at the time of sale.

A DTF printing system make it possible to print on wider range of fabric such as cotton, mixed fabric and polyester, also on dark colored fabric.
