High Performance Sublimation Transfer Ink

Mimaki Engineering Co., Ltd., a global industry leader and manufacturer of wide-format inkjet printers and cutting plotters, today announced the imminent launch of two sublimation transfer inks for polyester fabrics: “Sb54” and “Sb310.” The inks will be launched in May, 2015.
Sb54 and Sb310 are products of Mimaki’s accumulated ink technologies. Both inks provide high performance at economical prices, and achieve stable printing with beautiful print results. These inks will benefit users of Mimaki printers with stable sublimation printing and cost-effective production.

●High performance ink delivers stable and beautiful printing
- Stable ink flow and jetting
These inks have superior resolubility properties. Therefore, dried inks adhered around nozzles are easily wiped off with cleaning solutions. The improved resolvability also increases the stability of ink-jetting, which affects the print production yield. In turn, the improved ink stability reduces the number of regular cleanings, thereby contributing to cost reduction. - Beautiful and vibrant printing
These low-sedimentation inks achieve stable and beautiful printing. Moreover, heat-press transfer printing yields vibrant color results by virtue of the high-density printing. - Low smoke emission
These inks emit little smoke, improving the work environment and increasing the work efficiency during heat transfer printing.
