The problem that Illustrator version changes to the version which does not support our company plug-in products due to automatically execute the Illustrator version update by the automatic update function of Adobe Creative Cloud occurs.
The procedure to stop the Adobe Illustrator automatic update is described below.

Adobe Illustrator automatic update stop procedure
- Adobe Creative Cloud Activate
【Windows】
① Select Windows Start button
② Activate “Adobe Creative Cloud”
【Mac】
① Select [Go]
② Select [Applications]
③ Activate “Adobe Creative Cloud”
- Open Preferences
① Click the user icon in the upper right
② Select [Preferences]
- Stop automatic update of Illustrator
① Select [Apps]
② Switch off the Illustrator of Auto update
※When Auto-update switch is OFF, automatic update of Illustrator will also be stopped.
This completes the automatic update stop of Adobe Illustrator.
