To use the USB Serial Conversion Adapter (USA-19HS) on Windows 10/Windows 11, installation of the corresponding Keyspan driver is required.
The procedure to install the Keyspan driver is described below.

How to install the Keyspan driver (Windows 10)
- Downloading the Keyspan driver
Download the Keyspan driver from the following URL.
Decompress the downloaded file to an arbitrary folder.

- Installation of the Keyspan driver
(1) Connect the USB serial conversion adapter (USA-19HS) to the PC.
(2) Right-click the Start button and select Device Manager.
(3) Right-click [Keyspan USA-19H] under [Other devices] and select [Update driver].
(4) Select [Browse my computer for drivers].
(5) Refer to the previously decompressed folder and select [Next].
At that time, check [Include subfolders].
(6) The driver is installed successfully.
(7) On the Device Manager, [Keyspan USB Serial Port] is displayed under [Ports (COM & LPT)].
The Keyspan driver installation is now complete.
How to install the Keyspan driver (Windows 11)
- Downloading the Keyspan driver
Download the Keyspan driver from the following URL.
Because the downloaded files are zip files, decompress them to an arbitrary folder.

- Installation of the Keyspan driver
(1) When connecting the USB serial conversion adapter (USA-19HS) from the PC, disconnect the USB serial conversion adapter (USA-19HS).
(2) Right-click the Start button and select Device Manager.
(3) Select [Action]-[Add driver] from the upper menu.
(4) Refer to the previously decompressed folder and select [Next].
At that time, check [Include subfolders].
(5) The driver is installed successfully.
(6) Connect the USB serial conversion adapter (USA-19HS) to the PC.
On the Device Manager, [Keyspan USB Serial Port] is displayed under [Ports (COM & LPT)].
This completes the installation of the Keyspan driver.
