Print/cut notifications and error notifications can be sent to Microsoft Teams and Slack.
AI chatbot
An AI chatbot has been added that allows users to ask questions about Mimaki Engineering products. It can answer questions based on the manuals for each product listed on the Mimaki Engineering product information pages. You can access the relevant information from the icon in the lower-right corner of the printer list screen, machine status screen, and organization dashboard screen.
Extended the aggregation period
The aggregation period can be set back to the first day of the month 12 months before the date you access PICT Dashboard. Example: If you sign in to PICT Dashboard on June 18, 2026, aggregation is available for the period from June 1, 2025, to June 18, 2026.
