Ink replacement support tool
You can use this software to replace SVHC free ink by yourself.
Select your printer and download the ink replacement support tool.

Precautions before ink replacement
(1) A separate ink replacement kit is required to replace the ink in addition to this tool.
If you do not have an ink replacement kit yet, please contact our support or dealer.
(2) This tool is for Windows only. Please execute it on Windows PC.
It is recommended to execute on the RIP PC you normally use.
If you are using a RIP computer other than the one you normally use, you will also need to install the Mimaki driver.

(3) It takes 5 to 10 hours to replace the ink. printer cannot be used during replacement.
(4) After the ink replacement, the RIP must be updated.
If you are using RasterLink, please update RasterLink and the profile to the latest version, following the instructions in the ink replacement support tool.
If you are using a RIP made by another company, please contact the RIP dealer. Please be sure to contact them before replacing the ink, as there is a possibility that the compatible applications and profiles have not yet been prepared.

Start the downloaded ink replacement support tool and follow the on-screen instructions to operate the printer.
