An original tumbler printed with the logo of "JUMP for the Earth PROJECT" on a UV-DTF printer
Mimaki is supporting ski jumper Sara Takanashi and the JUMP for the Earth PROJECT.
We presented a print tumbler to Sara Takanashi, who participated in the FIS Ski Jump World Cup held at the end of November 2025.
This tumbler is a film transfer print of the logo of "JUMP for the Earth PROJECT" launched by Sara Takanashi using our latest UV-DTF method.
The UV-DTF method is a new printing method that prints on a special film and transfers the ink in the form of a sticker to an object to be printed.
Digital inkjet printing eliminates the need to prepare plates and ink blending for print and inventory management, so designs can be printed in the required colors and in the required number of copies. Since it is printed by transfer, you can easily paste the design even on shapes that are difficult to print, such as curved surfaces and unevenness.
The dedicated film has a special glue attached to it, and adheres stably to various materials such as ABS resin, polyethylene, polypropylene, and ceramics, which are common in ready-made items.
It was also introduced by Sara Takanashi on her own SNS!
