Shimizu Octo, Inc. (Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo) : M-64sMimaki user stories
“High productivity”, “high-definition”, and “beauty of the solid area” are required for printing supersized graphics used for decoration of events like concert venues. M-64s fulfills these requirements, which makes it our favorite printer. However, we want to replace it because minor errors occur frequently. We also want to avoid troubles associated with the change of the dealer/maintenance provider (from OKI to Mimaki).
After replacing the machines, they started to operate smoothly and allowed us to work on almost the maximum production from the start. Minor errors decreased significantly compared to the previous machines. The stable operation is generating more cushion on the delivery schedule than ever. We did not have any particular dissatisfaction over the support, but we feel a sense of security in the support of Mimaki specializing in large-format printer.

High-speed printing capability accomplishing a maximum production speed of 115 sqm per hour enhanced productivity while declining the running cost. Additional fluorescent ink compatibility broadened the range of options offered to our customers.
Okumura Design Corporation (Nagoya City, Aichi) | 3D Printer Special websiteMimaki user stories
We were looking for 3D printers capable of outputting high definition 3D data created in the office for use in explaining construction processes to our clients.
The model prototypes were extremely popular and we successfully landed requests for proposals. As 3D printers can reproduce models cheaply in diverse scales, they are better than outsourcing hand-crafted models, and we are confident they will become indispensable as effective business tools.
PROTEC, Co., Ltd. (Osaka City, Osaka) : TS500P-3200Mimaki user stories
The limit of print width sometimes forced us to print in an inefficient way. Inefficient imposition caused waste of materials and raised cost challenges.
Now, print width of 3.2m enables us to print large signage at one time now, including the finishing width for post print processing. Faster printing generated some cushion on the delivery schedule.

We wanted to introduce to our studio a textile printer that allows to express envisioned ideas more easily than honzome-dyeing, silk screen and digital textile printing.
With the user-friendly sublimation transfer, we gained the ability to visualize free imaginations directly on textiles, being free from design limitations. We can print it on site and immediately start sewing, which is convenient for workshop and well-received by beginners.
Nishidasousenkoujo Co., Ltd. (Kyoto City, Kyoto) : Tx500-1800BMimaki user stories
We have operated full-color digital printing, mainly of sublimation transfer. However, as it can print only on polyester, we have been unable to respond to customers' requests for print on natural materials.
With the sublimation transfer printer that allows printing only on polyester, we used to fail to receive orders for print on natural materials, which is now possible. Supporting wider range of materials allowed us to receive order of new products.

NIHON HOWSOW Co., Ltd. (Okayama City, Okayama) : UCJV300-75Mimaki user stories
Since our existing UV printer for creating soft packaging samples causes color unevenness, we want to make a replacement purchase. Printing quality should be as high as that of gravure printing in mass production.
UCJV300-75 has cleared our requirements such as speed, color reproduction, supported media, and availability. Although we introduced a Mimaki product for the first time, we were able to complete smooth switch to the printer with no trouble.
