As the company expanded RCF packaging, standard materials sometimes took more than 10 days to procure and pack, making lead times a challenge. Its existing cutting machine lacked the cost performance and productivity needed to improve profitability through in-house production and handle short lead times.
With the CFX-2550, the company brought RCF packaging production in-house, reducing lead times to two or three days. It cut outsourcing costs by about 9% and material waste by about 15%, while enabling short-run, quick-turnaround production tailored to each product size and improving customer service.

Since our existing UV printer for creating soft packaging samples causes color unevenness, we want to make a replacement purchase. Printing quality should be as high as that of gravure printing in mass production.
UCJV300-75 has cleared our requirements such as speed, color reproduction, supported media, and availability. Although we introduced a Mimaki product for the first time, we were able to complete smooth switch to the printer with no trouble.

We would like to deal with a small-lot production of goods. Moreover, we also would like to produce packages associated with them in-house.
Adoption of UJF-6042 and CFL-605RT has enabled us to in-house production. CFL-605RT is utilized not only for packages production but also for the manufacturing of variant seals. Our rate of acceptance of orders has increased sharply by making and submitting one sample.
